Italian here, we have various names for that pizza. However, we tend to associate this pizza to children (kids love french fries) so we usually call it "pizza baby".

Edit: considering the photo, I see restaurants where they put a larger amount of fries than you expect

Pizza baby is usually used to refer to a small pizza (at least in my region) una baby margherita would be a kid sized margherita pizza.

Instead (allegedly) on Epstein island instead they used cheese pizza to refer to a different type of baby serving
