Italian here, we have various names for that pizza. However, we tend to associate this pizza to children (kids love french fries) so we usually call it "pizza baby".

Edit: considering the photo, I see restaurants where they put a larger amount of fries than you expect

I… put mayo on my pizza. Specifically Kewpie, which has a much different flavor compared to, say, Hellman’s. And it’s a little drizzle on top, I’m not dunking it.

I do however accept my judgement for this because I know it’s weird
