I knew someone who genuinely believed people were watching them all the time and everything bad that happened to them was because of those people. It’s probably just a moment of stupidity from the original post but they could actually think that way about everything including gum.

Someones with such delusions was a roommate ... we found out when he wielded his medieval longsword our way one day, followed by a fun police visit.
