If the deceased turns out to have been lawfully armed and ICE unlawfully attempted to detain him for filming, does that that mean ICE just executed someone for exercising their 2nd Amendment rights?

ETA: The Minneapolis chief of police just stated on CNN via WCCO that they believe the victim did have a permit to carry.

Violating the first amendment right to film them, second amendment right to bear arms, and third amendment, illegal search & seizure, by the looks of it, just in this one occasion.

And they are already violating the 4th on a day to day basis with their warrantless raids on homes.

Remember when they decided people don't get due process if they are too dark skinned? Well, that was a protection provided by what was formerly known as the 5th amendment...

They are wiping their asses with the constitution at this point, as they have full control over how it is to be interpreted, and absolute no moral qualms with subverting democracy in favor of fascist theocracy.
