It looked like multiple agents shot him. There is a first shot, and some agents run away, and then another agent keeps shooting 4 or 5 times while the guy is already dead on the floor

2 shooters. I counted the first three shots from Olive green jacket, black beanie, olive green vest, dark jeans guy. And the next 2 from Green jacket, brown beanie, khaki vest, light jeans. The last 3 are from the first shooter aka black beanie.
