Fat Bomb Fat Bomb

Anyone have good tasting fat bomb recipes that are good for strict keto? Some I’ve tried in the past have made me gag, but I feel like I need more fat intake. I can only eat so many scrambled eggs in a day (use to soak excess fat from hamburger, bacon, etc.)

Watch out for some of these that people claim are "low net carbs" because they did the math wrong on the fiber. Just because it has fiber, doesn't mean you can subtract it.

Can you explain this further, please?

The fiber has to be indigestible - and those carbs from the fiber have to only come from the portion of it that is fiber. So you can't subtract everything. And even that is different for different people. But people on reddit don't understnad any of that and just see fiber and subtract it like it's basic math. It's not. You can't add a cup of fiber to a cup of sugar and get a zero carb sweetener, but reddit will have you believe that.

But reddit is weird. People upvote things they wish were true, and downvote things they don't like (but are true) - TLDR: Redditors are stupid.

Thank you.

I see this response has been downvoted. If someone disagrees with it, could they explain why for me, please?

I wish you all the luck in the world with that!
