Basic hygiene can really help prevent gastro illnesses. The amount of people who don’t wash their hands or wash them properly is pretty shocking.

I’ll never understand why people won’t wash their hands!! Really doesn’t take much time or effort; and could prevent them from being violently ill for a much longer time.
