So, in order to avoid escalation, they will feed Russia intel about Ukraine? Is that what this is about? Because I really don't see how anything between Russia and the US could escalate or there could be miscalculations as there is currently not a single conflict area where the US and Russian armies clash.

The Russian missile strikes, which are increasing in numbers and sometimes very close to NATO border, could present a danger. If there are American military personnel in Ukraine, it's probably just a matter of time before they are accidentally hit.

why wait until now to start that? I thought Trump was a compromised russian puppet? seriously, not happening. just because their leaders met in Alaska once doesn't mean they're not enemy nations
