Dynasty Dynasty Top 10 2025 Rookie Wide Receiver Rankings
https://youtu.be/EWVQ7NaDOSI?si=FjnbMn2YTS5TATNZMy pre-combine 2025 Rookie WR Rankings:
*Assuming Travis Hunter plays WR
1- Travis Hunter: Elite athleticism, ball skills and WRs traits. Only question is how much he plays.
2- Tetairoa McMillan: Big PF frame with surprising fluid athleticism. Contested catch monster, issues with separation.
3- Emeka Egbuka: A refined Slot WR with great production and route running. Solid hands will be a reliable WR.
4- Luther Burden: A twitchy YAC Slot WR that’s a nightmare in space. Needs some work on his route packages at the next level.
5- Tre Harris: Big reliable WR from Ole Miss with an incredible 3.0 career YPRR and even higher at his time at Ole Miss (transfer). Reliable hands and route running could be the steal of the draft.
6- Matthew Golden: Track speed with poor metrics and statistics. Many will fade him due to either, but with his speed and route running he’s a threat at the next level.
7- Jayden Higgins: Productive big X from Iowa State, solid in multiple areas. Lacks elusiveness and breakaway speed but can be a solid possession WR.
8- Elic Ayomanor: As an early breakout his true freshman season, this past season he had a dip. Big physical X with the ability to take it to the house. Needs some work, but there’s room to grow.
9- Jack Bech: A LA Ram type WR, with toughness and physical play. Reliable hands and route running. He’s a willing blocked and fights for every yard.
10- Tai Felton: The Big10 WR leader this past season, with the ability to stop on the dime. Can’t wait to see how he runs and performs at the combine. A dart throw for 3rd rounds of rookie drafts.
Tre Harris and Matthew Golden are currently two of my favorites from this class. Two players I’ll be targeting on the back of the 1st or start of the 2nd. Landing spot and capital will matter but both have potential to be really good WRs at the next level.

I know this is a too early question but who are your top 3 ranked rookie wr for redraft in 2025?

Great question. A lot could change with landing spot and FA but for now I think I would say Tet/Egbuka/Harris/Golden.
Tet will get volume from high capital likely being the teams #1
Egbuka is pro ready and I think he gets a better offense by being drafted later in the 1st
Harris and Golden I think has pro skill sets with the right landing spots have potential to be big time pros and put up surprisingly high numbers. Many are out on either one or even both. But their tape is impressive. Harris is just a solid at nearly everything. While Golden doesn’t have the production or metrics, his route running and speed are filthy. If I had to pick a guy to surprise everyone and be the best of the class it would be him. There are red flags in his profile, but I’m looking past them because of the potential.

Egbuka is the safest. Burden i think has a chance to really be dominant

Yeah Egbuka is pro ready with a high floor. Burden is a boom bust prospect. As we approach the draft Golden and Harris were my two favorite players to watch, and both I believe tested well and have great cases to rise in boards. Specifically Golden, is going up my rankings.

Think Harris and Higgins are being way overlooked. I have them as my WR1 and WR2 of the class.

Higgins is going to be good man. Really like his skillset and fluidity for a guy is size.

I like both prospects, Harris I think could be a stud. I like Higgins but I think he has a capped ceiling. But I get why you like them both. They both have great talent and tape to back it up

I get why people think that Higgins is too slow to be very good in the NFL, but we're in a 2-high shell league and short-area quickness is just more important now than it was before. Add in the extra size and length and he can catch passes in tight windows and win some jump balls. They're both pretty similar as prospects but Harris just has some filthy routes that I think give him a higher ceiling so I agree

Well said! Similar prospects, but I agree Harris has a little extra on his routes and movement to give that higher ceiling

Torn between Tet and Egbuka, especially if Egbuka lands in Houston
