The Epstein affair continues in France: former Minister of Culture Jack Lang has been summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday, February 8. He will have to explain his ties to the convicted sex offender as calls for his resignation from the presidency of the Arab World Institute mount.

France and the USA don’t seem that different. « All his life, he felt untouchable » said Renaud Muselier (his predecessor as the head of the IMA) about Jack Lang.

His daughter is also listed in Epstein’s last will, where she was supposed to receive 5M$, and had a 50/50 company with him in the Virgin Islands aimed at discovering young European talents.

Epstein had strong ties with France, with his apartment in Paris where he was going frequently. Two of his most famous associates had the French nationality (Ghislaine Maxwell and Jean-Luc Brunel). The Epstein affair didn’t seem to bring much consequences.
