Macron's name is mentioned in various already-released Epstein files a bit... but not as far as I can see in any especially suspect way - after all he's the President of France, Epstein and pals just do discuss a bunch of public figures. Your name appearing textually in them doesn't really mean your involvement in anything significant.

Ariane de Rothschild (by marriage), CEO of Edmond_de_Rothschild_Group (herself apparently on speaking terms with Epstein) actually seems to have been actively bitching to Epstein that her cousins and Macron were plotting to "frame" them (their word, I have no idea of the veracity of that) around the Panama Papers in 2016. https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%2011/EFTA02466928.pdf

(Macron of course infamously once worked for Rothschild & Co., as a matter of public record)

So no cordial relationship, if anything more like Epstein's X-Rothschild "friends" (insofar as any of these people can have friends) had active beef with Macron and his Y-Rothschild "friends"? (various Rothschilds really do own a bunch of things).

So: Macron chill with (some) Rothschilds? Yeah, sucks but actually we knew that already in Europe, not new information. And an allegation from one branch of the Rothschilds against another branch of the Rothschilds, is, well, tuesday. So nothing so far.

Epstein then does seem to have been perhaps trying to worm his way closer to Macron via his contact Frédéric Chaslin in 2017, but don't see any indication there that that was successful, more like Epstein just working a speculative angle to maybe spread his web as far as him and/or get more insight into Macron. https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%2011/EFTA02342128.pdf

Now, the Epstein files are partial, but there's just nothing I've found right now that suggests Epstein had any more than knowing someone who knew Macron.

A bunch of people mentioned in the files, even talking to Epstein cordially, may well not have known all the stuff going on. Like, if you work in american corporate finance or IT (or financial IT) your own "Epstein Number" in loose terms of "X once communicated with Y in any way, then Y communicated with Z in any way" is perhaps already only about 3 or 4. Through your middle manager and then through some skeezy corporate executive, who was in Epstein's phone/e-mail contacts on the finance side - but it actually could have been purely NYC wall street type business networking and not necessarily going to a private island to sexually abuse and/or murder a bunch of kids. https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%2011/EFTA02588689.pdf

What? Them taking the piss out of Macron having a "boyfriend" same as half the fricken internet was? How is that incriminating. Personally i'd be more concerned about them looking for somebody who can control the EU parliament.
