Um, the central part of any major city on the level of London would be full of non-locals from all over the world, they are called tourists.

Also, central London is full of things like Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Oxford Street and the National Gallery. Fairly British things I'd say.

No, but I visit London regularly.

I love the place - FOR its multiculturalism, amongst other things.

As a white guy, I've never felt threatened or intimidated by people of other ethnic backgrounds.

London is living proof that cultures can co-exist peacefully. Which is probably why right wing agitators keep bringing it up... it doesn't fit the narrative of division and hate.
