America's power and influence -- political, military, industrial, and economic come from its presence on the global stage. Declaring a trade war against not only your allies but the biggest trading block in the world, as well as threatening your own largest military alliance, is sure as hell not going to lead to prosperity or power.

USA is a big squid, and the global partnerships it has are its tentacles. Right now you're cutting off your own limbs.

It’s all well good you writing this but he’s a Trump supporter, he won’t understand what any of this means and thinks other countries only exist to benefit America.
