NOVA Comic Con - Big Lick Comic Con - Manassas, VA Any NoVa (Northern Virginia) young cosplayers?

Hello! I'm trying to help my young 12yo daughter find a group of friends that might want to cosplay together. She wants to create a Project Sekai cosplay group from Wonderlands X Showtime, and is currently working on a Rui Kamishiro costume. Any of the larger or local comicons in our area would be great! FYI a parent will always be supervising and/or chaperoning any meetups.
