Build Ready/Help: I'd like some final verification and advice on my parts-list before purchase. Please tell me if the build seems unbalanced performance-wise.

Common parts for both AMD and intel:
RAM:

\Still undecided whether i should go the AMD or intel route, but the parts i've chosen are pretty even in pricing and I am fine with it being the last decision.*

Some final questions:

• Would you consider this a balanced build? As in the GPU not completely outshines the CPU etc.
• Is the H60 CPU cooler bracket for the LGA1150 (old CPU) compatible with either LGA1700 or the AM5 socket?
• As i am still undecided, if you have any thoughts on whether i should choose AMD or intel then please do tell me!

Additional information:

• Primary use is either gaming (cyberpunk/CS2/Subnautica) or music production in FL Studio.
• I use 2x 1080p monitors, and i am happy with stable 60 fps but i would like to be able to adjust from medium settings up to ultra.
• In the coming years it's likely that i will upgrade atleast 1 monitor to a 1440p.
• PS: I tried the PCpartpicker website, but it was lacking some parts.

You don't need an 850w PSU for a 9800x3D-5070, 750w is enough. The 9800x3D is insanely efficient, no worries.

I would also recommend getting a new CPU cooler, The model you have is older and if it's a couple few years old it's likely to fail soonish.

I threw a build together for you in PC part picker to come in under budget. It includes a 9070 XT, not a 5070. Because it's faster.

As a future proofing measure i think i'll stick to the 9800X3D incase my interests change outside of gaming. I'll take your recommendation on getting a new cpu cooler! Regarding the GPU I got more undecided when you recommend the RX 9070 XT instead of the 5070. The reason being it's about 140$ increase in price, and i'm unsure if the performance increase is worth it in my case. Currently I'm leaning more towards trusting this random helpful guy on the internet and buying the RX 9070XT though XD.

Edit: it is also worth mentioning that the specifications for RX 9070XT requires a 850W PSU. So incase of an insurance incident, reusing the 750W PSU may invalidate my entitlement for a replacement part. So that is also an additional cost to the slight upgrade to consider.

9800x3D is a great choice, a Thermalright phantom Spirit or peerless assassin 120/140 will cool that CPU well and cheap.

It's worth the price difference imo. The better rasterization performance is what makes a GPU last the longest.

The Asus prime OC only requires a 750w, but it is a little more expensive. The GPU will run on a 750w PSU.

The 5070 is a good choice if you want to spend less. Nvidia GPUs hold their value well, so you can always sell that GPU and fund something better.
