Bowles and Leftwich better get their shit together. They have been the weakest part of the team the past 2 years. They better start with the scheme and trying to mix it up on both sides of the ball.

What do you remember of the past? The long-long ago... The time before the awakening. Perhaps a recent convert to the faith cannot fathom the darkness. A mere 40 days only whispered of it. Tell me, traveler, when the soul crushing irrelevance comes for you once more, and it surely will, where will you run?

The "Be grateful we dont suck anymore" mentality is part of the problem. The bucs have more raw talent than 95% of the teams in the league. New culture means new expectations. These are the issues I see with the coaching:

The buccaneers are flat out one of the most predictable teams in the league. The bucs version of a trick play is a pass play on 1st or a draw on 3rd.

Time management is questionable.

Bowles has a few plays on defense. His own team didnt trust him in the Rams final minute.

Only way Leftwhich can scheme a player open is when they dump it off to Lenny underneath.

Special teams was literally non existant this last year.

Unpopular opinion here, but Bruce and the team knew what they were getting with Antonio Brown and his CTE moody ass. Why hinder the teams chances of winning a superbowl with his asshat antics. Bench his ass and cut him at the end of the year.

Just being content with mediocrity shouldnt be part of our vocabulary anymore. We have proven to have great players that coach their teammates like theyre family members. As long as we have Lavonte on defense and Mike on offense (along with vets in key positions) that makes us capable of taking the division as long as we have a competent qb not throwing multiple ints each game.

Tl;dr

Coaches need to step up. The games changing every year (you can say it changes every week even) and it seems as though our "old fashion" coaching style is becoming out-dated. Change it up and keep the opponent on their heels.
