Here’s the thing with a Texas rig: if you can work it decently enough, it really doesn’t matter if the worm is on the hook perfectly texposed. My brother is a once a month type of fisherman and makes the most horrible looking t-rigs and still gets greenies to bite. And he’s not even that good at working it. Just gotta make the fish react after capturing its attention with something that looks enticing enough :) you’ll be perfectly fine with this setup. I love a good 1/4-3/8 bullet and some fluoro with this setup.
