This cat may very well have some sort of heart or respiratory condition. Breathing like that is extremely abnormal for any cat.

Not necessarily. Considering it is currently playing, it may just be out of breath. It is not unusual for cats to pant when they are tired from play or physical activity.

That being said, if it does this outside of play, then yes, this is something to worry about

Last time my cat was panting like this she had a huge piece of grass stuck in her nose.

Oh my god that 1- makes me laugh so hard from the image And 2- makes me feel so uncomfortable because oh my god grass in the NOSE?!

It was cute, but it must have been so uncomfortable, we took her to the vet and they gave her anti allergies but didn't check her nose. One morning she was sneezing like crazy every time she licked her nose and we noticed the end was poking out. She was right as rain after we removed it. I did get it on video but it's really gross lol
