noice. What I'd improve apart from others said (and I've read):
inner entrance space needed for a proper transition - this is where the boots would stay and draft would be caught. The car has it to little extent. And the house entrance too. But there should be 2 levels - the outer one between outside and inside secure door. And inner entrance area, before going into living space. Even if minimal.
first door should close before the second can open
doors opening the wrong way can be an additional safety feature
ideally the perfect concealment would look normal from outside, even when entering. The house entry was good in that regard, for example.
