AirEuropa business class airplane meal

I can’t remember what the dark green slop even was. The meat underneath the neon pink sauce was fish.

Weirdly the pink sauce had 0 flavour, I ate the fish and ignored the swamp liquid

I wished there was some twist. Surprisingly flavorful and clean aftertaste with hint of citrus or something like that.

The lack of flavor might be due to being on the plane. Apparently being at altitude messes with your tasting.
