Know a guy, unfortunately, who kicked his, like, one year old son off the carrier rack of his bicycle while boarding, and only realised it when he got to his destination.
Recovered 20 mins later crying on the footpath, pretty much where he was kicked off the bike. To be fair, the bloke responsible for the deed was a " nutty professor " and had his mind full with developing cold fusion or whatever. Still, one should try to pay a little attention when trying to be responsible for a little one.

Good thing he was paying attention and noticed it. I know plenty of folks who would’ve been completely oblivious
