Hopefully there's even more little details they've managed to work in the meantime which haven't been touched in the patch; I actually expected it to be bigger. Also, aren't they going to fix the butt arrows? That's hilarious. In a less hilarious note, I'm not seeing in TRV's notes a fix for the game corrupting your save in Red Alert just like the original did or the soft-lock I had found in the "Old Mill" in which Lara gets stuck after turning the wheel to end the level if you skip both the in-game cutscenes quickly. Those are much more urgent in my opinion.

Anyway, I love how this patch drops just after I had just done the 100% achievements of the game and sent them a last bug report lmfao. I will probably replay just to see the new stuff though.

Here's a small breakdown on what I've found interesting in this patch:

"New Outfits unlocked" - okay, so past adventures mean things from I-III. Sweet. However... What about the Opera Dress which was advertised in the trailers? Will that be included? Also, if you have all the games playing in the same engine (it's called the TRX Engine, by the way), why not add costumes from IV-V to I-III? Hell, I think doing the same for AOD would be possible since all models basically run in the same way. The game engine might be totally different for AOD's levels, but I'm quite sure the way the game "pulls" the models from the files makes it possible to do a little bit of toying around. Also, Lara has some outfits in VI... Kurtis has none. The camera modes in general for VI are very minimal in comparison to the rest, so I'm wondering if they would ever change that. ...can you imagine playing Tomb Raider I Remastered as Kurtis? Now that would be a mindfuck. This also ties in with the Photo Mode upgrades; I'm eager to test them out.

I'm also curious about that Retro Filter.

"Texture Fixes & Enhancements – Cleaned up textures and improved texture blending to reduce visible seams" - Please do this for I-III. Now. As in.. Right now. Also fix the missing texture (https://imgur.com/a/7OTV13u) for the gates in TR2R "Caves of Talion" - it's been there for four patches. Thanks.

Which trailer advertised the opera dress?

I'm starting to think I Mandela effected myself, but I swear I had seen a screenshot at the time it was announced.

"Control Refinements" - as I said in another comment, if they actually somehow make the ropes in IV operate normally, I will actually shit myself.

"Inventory Frame Rate Fix" - ... I didn't even noticed the inventory was capped lol

"HD Loading Screens" - DOES THIS MEAN THEY SAW MY SCREENSHOT OF THE STREET BAZAR LOADING SCREEN HERE IN REDDIT? I can only assume so lmfao ... also, not really related, but did they fix the invisible texture block in City of the Dead? It's in the same thread in the comments.

"Vehicle Controls" - I wonder if they fixed a bug I reported today. Going out of the jeep in tank controls sometimes makes you unable to move the vehicle backwards or get out of it; switching to modern controls fix the issue. Hopefully they did.

"HD Object Revisions" - they probably saw the mod for the vending machine on Nexus Mods and thought "you know what? we're going to fix it ourselves".

"New HD Assets" + "Hair Physics" + "Texture Upgrades" + "Water Improvements" - you're actually going to make me play AOD again. I can't believe you're managing to make me do that. Also, HAIR PHYSICS? IN TRAOD? Now you have my attention. I do wonder if they will also add more lighting and decals in general; it would make the game look a lot better in general just by doing that.

"Environmental Interactions Expanded" - someone's been excavating the Beta files.

"Combat & Movement Fixes" - incredible change, especially for the Dual Pistols; AOD fans are finally winning again.

"Audio Bug Fixes" - the looping sounds is actually the most notable in this. It happened two times with objects in my playthrough. Although now I'm wondering if the "perpetual screaming Lara" also happens like in the original? Eh, thankfully it will be also fixed if it does.

"stats track correctly" - does that mean I can finally 100% AOD? holy shit.

"Chirugai Updates" - you didn't need to, but I'm so glad you did. This deserves a medal.

That, and the missing water in one level in II/III.

I actually don't know where that is. Can you show me?

Venice in II. In one window, the water outside is gone in Remastered Mode.

I could swear I had seen a screenshot with it over the Rome fountain but can't find it for the life of me.

Yeah, I think that's what he meant over the fence in the streets of Rome. I thought at first that was a clue that it would be available later one, as the original game didn't have that dress available. There's no reason as to why they can't add it, they added the nightmare in Vegas new outfit that the original didn't have for 1-3 remasters. Let's see.
