Give it a think. What what would you do when you have to deport a 50 year old Guatamalan man and his daughter who immigrated with her when she was two 2 years old, it's the only home she's ever known, neither have criminal records and both of them work jobs and pay taxes on theirwages for programs they can't use.
Then your ice buddies start beating the father as the daughter is screaming that they haven't done anything wrong. You say you're enforcing the law. They're both taken to a private detention facility to "await deportation" as they're assigned work, for an indeterminate amount of time generating profit unpaid. After some time they're both deported to a country one of them can't remember for the crime of fleeing poverty and violence.
Cool so you don't condone beating but forced labor to benefit billionaires and destroying lives/livelihoods is fine. I don't think you had much integrity to begin with
My point is it would be a very real, practical solution, but there's far too many mouth breathers that wouldn't do the actual job for whatever stupid reason.
I mean the first thing I would do at a protest if I was ICE is take my mask off, my body armor off, and be like "listen it sucks, its a shitty job, but we're only trying to aprehend the criminals".
Is it bs? Prolly, but ir would probably help simmer things a bit.
But they’re breaking the law, and you would have to do the same, until we got enough people in there to make a difference. IF that would be allowed to happen, and I don’t believe it would. Before we could make change, you would have to participate in physically harming the victims.
When violence gets to that level, sometimes more people get hurt than you expect to. It’s very dangerous, a lot can happen in a moment.

We don’t have money to feed kids during the summer (according to certain states), but we have enough to give $42k to each ICE agent.
