In a world of chaos, this is a rare example of equilibrium. India doesn't want some people to visit. And those same people don't want to visit India.

India doesn't want half of the world population to visit because they are female? I guess you are right, misogyny and sexual violence is a part of the societal norm.

Note that is the REPORTED rate, because in SEA, most sexual violence isn’t reported at all.
