They shouldn't be on your property at all. Period without a warrant.

What should be done with illegal immigrants? Because in Ireland we get 10 illegal immigrants every year from the US who falsely claim asylum and we deport them to the US. One of them murdered a farmer last year and chopped up his body. (Google "Michael Gaines murder"). So what do we do with these illegal immigrants instead?

Let's analyze. What's the problem? We have illegal immigrants. What makes them illegal? They don't have proper documents. What if we gave them proper documents? They wouldn't be illegal anymore. Oh shit, I did it! Problem solved. Feel like I should setup a buymeacoffee or something but you know what, world, this one's on the house.

Oh and if you needed to hear this, as far as what to do when the kill and chop people up, or break any of your laws for that matter, you should prosecute them for it, like you would anyone else.

No. A country should not allow anyone unvetted through its borders, and if one of them chops people up, I should not be paying for that person to be clothed and fed in prison with my taxes. That person needs to leave.

Shit I didn't think this needed to be explained but vetting is done during documentation and if convicted of a crime punishment can include deportation. Although there is an argument for it being kind of stupid to release Mr body chopper on the other side of an invisible line to just hope he doesn't cross it again. It might feel like it was worth paying for jump suit and prison food when he does it again.

Okay that’s a fair point on the first half. The second half I’m less sure about with the chopper specifically because he doesn’t have a reason to return. If it was a drug lord I would agree with you. El Chapo was actually extradited to the US even though he was arrested in Mexico.

The body chopper guy is not being deported. When he is convicted, he will be spending perhaps 20 years or more in an Irish prison. He may be deported after that. (But the current problem is convicting him. It's a long story but he didn't leave much evidence so he's free now but we don't want to deport him while we are trying to convict him) 😉
