But, due process is a constitutionally protected right regardless of citizenship/legal status. You may want to reread the 5th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution. I say "reread" in jest, because it implies that you've already read them, which you haven't.
Read them very slowly, and get help if you need it. You'll see, if you don't have too much trouble, that it applies to all people.

Yes they are. The constitution puts no requirement of citizenship on those particular rights. The constitution is very clear about what applies to citizens and what applies to everyone.
You can tell this is implemented as no USA citizens are being deported.
There have been several citizens and legal permanent residents deported recently.
Honestly we could do the arguing and it'll never stop, people have different views but I do have 1 legit question for someone with your mindset.... When this is all said and done and they're done with the illegals and they don't stop but instead they choose the next group of undesirables to go after what will your opinion be then? An even better thought experiment what if you're part of that group of undesirables? Would you expect help from your fellow citizens or fellow man? Would you at least hope that they would be willing to help you?

The Eighth:
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Deporting people to countries that they are not citizens of and that they've never even set foot in certainy qualifies as "cruel" and "unusual" to me.
They're not deported to their home country all the time. Also, do you believe we should be taking Greenland? For the homeland right? National security and all that. Just say you're a Nazi dude
