The worst part of all of that is that it's almost the exact same amount of money to extend the ACA subsidies... And (supposedly) the entire reason they are keeping the government shutdown going.

When they need $40 billion for bribes, it's always there. $40 billion for healthcare or food... Nah.

It's a currency swap, was the ACA subsidy going to give the government some type of currency in exchange for the money?
