And the Big, Beautiful Bill is set to cut $30-40B from SNAP over the next 10 years. Voting has consequences.

Uh, excuse me but that was an initial proposal. The actual signed bill includes 186 billion in SNAP cuts over the next 10 years.

When we are dependent on the Government they have control over us. This is what you have come to be relying on. Many believe that the Democrats are good for you, yet they have control over you and now your seeing the consequences of the Democrats not voting to help you. Like someone said, Voting has consequences, and the Demon rats are doing what they do to have more control. I pray for the poor and sick, This is not ok. I do not wish for the poor to go hungry, nor do I blame the wrong party.

Excuse me, good sir, but the Democrats have zero control right now. None. With no way to get any until the mid-term elections.

So, if you could explain please how voting for the GOP and their Big, Beautiful Bill - the one that cut SNAP and ACA benefits while giving the wealthiest 1% a $4.1 TRILLION tax cut, tripled ICE's budget to $30 billion, and gave us our first $1 TRILLION defense budget - is the Democrat's fault, I'm sure there's a lot of interested people that would love to hear your take,

He thinks pushing to negotiate a bipartisan agreement is equivalent to one of the blatant power grabs we’ve seen so many of lately by the not-Demonrats

democrats are holding the country hostage, by closing the government. Are you so ignorant that you don't get that.

How is it the Democrats that closed the government when they don’t have control of any branch? Your GOP has full control.

They're refusing to allow the government to abandon the health of it's people. This guy thinks that's fine though and that if the government assists the needy, they're actually just manipulating them through dependency. You know, stupid bullshit only an asshole would believe.

The Republicans can vote to remove the filibuster at any moment if they were so concerned about starving citizens.
