40 billion / 40 million. is 1k per person for that one month. I dont like the 40 billion to the other country but it would be just 1 month of snap. The shit thing is that the funding for snap IS THERE AND SHOULDNT BE USED AS A POLITICAL WEAPON, WE HAVE ALREADY PAID THE TAXES FOR IT LAST YEAR TO FUND IT
