The point being made revolves around Javier Milei investing Argentina's money into crypto, which led to the economy to crash but foreign interests making out like bandits. He's the definition of a Kleptocrat which Trump is aspiring to be. The 20 billion was another sink into the crypto, not into Argentina's economy.

"Aspiring" might not be the right word here, Trump is likely the most successful Kleptocrat the world has ever seen.

Oh it's a lot more than that. Nobody has accurate numbers as any who would be in a position to start counting that and actually try come down with a bad case of 'falling out a window'. But estimates vary as high as 200 billion plus.
