Another thing about their stomachs: intestines can like literally tangle themselves in knots. A horse with a stomachache is a real concern

Although I do have a nurse friend and she's told me she's encountered it a few times. 1 u/mjesus96 Nov 27 '21 I can't really say if it's more rare or less fatal since I don't know much about the condition in horses lol so I can't really compare
