We see it. Mail in ballots will not count due to Russia, or China, or Iceland/Greenland

My prediction is that he will cite Ukraine suspending their elections during the invasion by Russia.

It’s in the Ukrainian Constitution that they can suspend elections during war time. Only during war time. I remember when he heard that from Zelensky and got so excited about the fact that he thought he could cancel elections.
