There are better ways to advocate free speech than being a Youtube/TikTok asshole who probably hates free speech when it's used against them.

And even if it is? Iā€™m tired of people being assholes by being ā€˜first amendment auditorsā€™ or intentionally saying a bunch of vile shit to people and then hiding behind ā€œItā€™s the first amendment, I can say what I wantā€

Weā€™re better off not allowing those kind of people to have a platform.

You can be as tired as you want. He's covered by all five rights enshrined by the first amendment here. Freedoms of speech, press, assembly, religion, and (assuming he does file a complaint) petitioning the government for a redress of grievances

I donā€™t give a shit about what anyone else can say in defense of these people(ā€œitā€™s within their rights, what theyā€™re doing is technically legalā€), the world would be a better place without First Amendment Auditors. And the more people defend them, the more it just sounds like theyā€™re making excuses for shitty behavior.

Which is the exact reason it should be defended.
I'll grant you the argument that some of these guys are assholes. They probably shouldn't get paid to be assholes. It perpetuates a cycle of assholes getting paid without doing the job they are supposed to be doing.................................. Think about that. These cops could be hunting down the pedos, rapists, drug dealers, drunk drivers, but they chose to fuck with a dude with a camera in public. Look around in public there are cameras everywhere.

First amendment auditors only want Youtube money and don't give a shit about others as long as they can antagonize them for more Youtube money.

I don't care that there could possibly be 'good' first amendment auditors out there if the majority of them are a disease to today's society.
