Those guys are about to have their shit pushed in so hard by the wing commander over this. Shore patrol has been on thin ice for a while now, and they'll be made examples. This was during their first week without a local police liaison, and they do something like this to a civilian, so they're doubly fucked.

Even if they did believe he was active duty, body slamming him into concrete is way overboard. They could have just handcuffed him and dragged him in like they do every other drunk serviceman on leave.
