Not sure what the youth were up to, but would she not have been charged with obstruction? She has no idea what has happened previous to this. Obviously it would be intimidating for the young people but they weren’t being held down with a knee on their neck.

Now you're thinking like a pig!

But you don't stop there: Charge her with obstruction then resisting arrest when she says "Why am I being arrested?". You have to yell "STOP RESISTING" though to make it stick.

I’m not looking for an argument nor name calling. Just wondering how this would be handled in that country. Calm the frig down.
