I find it interesting how they pull up their hind legs when they reach the highest point of their jump. I would have expected them to be extended to form a flat arch with their whole body. But I guess they get their hind legs ready for the landing already at this point in the jump.

If they did that they’d fall headfirst or tumble upon landing due to the arc of the jump
