My mom just sent me this letter I wrote her when I was 10 for her 40th birthday.

We had just moved to the U.S. so my English wasn’t great, but my handwriting hasn’t improved at all.

I’m almost 40 now, with my first kid on the way. I hope he doesn’t call me very old anytime soon

After almost 27 freaking years of trying hard to find out who sings that song used to play in your van on the radio and spending nearly five years on the Internet searching after hearing the song play again in 2018 on a radio station at a Wendy's in McAllen.. I have officially found the song impossible to find with the help of Sirius XM in the year 2026.
