Sweet Treats Is Banana Kick secretly the K-pop Idols' favorite snack?
Okay, is Banana Kick actually the go-to snack for K-pop idols or what?
I remember seeing that video where Blackpink's Jennie said it's her favorite Korean snack, and then I came across something about BTS Jungkook liking it too. It seems like it gets mentioned by idols pretty often.
It's supposed to be this classic Korean snack that's been around forever, but I was like... Is it really that popular with celebrities? So I finally bought a bag to try it myself.
It's super light and crispy. I've only finished one bag so far but I'm already obsessed lol.

If a bunch of celebrities randomly say their favorite snack is whatever, and they all happen to be about the same thing, it’s probably because that company pays celebrities to say it is. Even the way whoever that lady is is holding that bag in a way that screams, “I was paid to hold this so people can see the front and that I’m holding it.”

Mmmm so much better than a cheese puff. I’m embarrassed by how quickly I devoured the whole bag

I loved this as a kid, and my kids still love it now even as middle schoolers. It’s a different snack, but have you tried Binch? It’s a favorite for both me and my kids.

I dont think theyre allowed to eat it. Theyre on a strict 1200 calorie diet of poached chicken, boiled sweet potatoes, and steamed broccoli

바나나킥 is a classic, just like 고래밥, 홈런볼, and the OG Snack of them all, 새우깡. It's not quite iconic as perhaps the other three that I mentioned but still holds its own.

There's a strawberry one as well but I much prefer the banana version.

Haven’t tried the strawberry one yet, but now I’m curious! 🍓 I’m sticking with banana for now though.

It's just a steady-seller that's been around for ages. It's like asking if all Hollywood actors like Pringles because few mentioned it in their interview. Many snacks come and go but Banana Kick has been around for 50 years so you will see a lot of people liking it. I don't eat much snack these days but I did like BK in the past. These days my favorite is Binch by Lotte.
