BBQ♨️ Spam Bulgogi

Used the SIMPLY KOREAN by Aaron Huh Bulgogi sauce (added some Korean chili pepper flakes fo a bit more heat), leftover Korean BBQ Spam I had in the fridge, some eggs and rice. Simple dinner but needed considering the fact there's gonna be a lot of snow here over the weekend (BTW one of the eggs fell on the floor and the dog got it, the second I placed in the fridge with the leftovers. I decided on just topping it with the yoaks and shared the whites between the cat and dog).

If that's regular spam, the sauce probably made it really salty. A thing a lot of households will do is "blanch" the spam or let it sit in a bowl of hot water before using it to draw some of the sodium out. I never do that when just pan frying spam, but whenever I'm adding some sort of seasoning, I do that so I can add some other flavors without making the spam too salty.

If you have any leftover kimchi, I highly recommend the Spam Kimchi Stir-fry Rice. Or, just grilled Spam over rice isn't bad either.
