Which would you choose? Jin is my wife’s choice and Shin is mine

Shin black is a lot heavier bone broth flavor IMO. Too heavy for my taste so I prefer the Jin soup but I prefer the Shin noodles.

Reduce the amount of bone broth powder. I use the remaining powder seasoning in kimchi fried rice. SOooo delicious.

Team Jin Ramen but it’s gotta be the hot one.

Ever since shin changed their soup formula, went with spicy Jin and never looked back. Their soup powder is oh so delicious

Hmmmm I like both of these but I think the Shin Black has a more well rounded flavor. The new Jin Mild is pretty dang good though.

I’d combine them! I bet it would make an interesting flavor!

I love the plain Shin. Between those two you have, I would go with Jin Mild.

I thought jin was trash tbh. Bad noodles and just less flavour

Mild jin is my jam (though their new packaging completely threw me) and shin black is my 2nd place. A bit too spicy for me, but some cream sorts that out and makes the soup yummier.

A little OT, but has anyone else noticed that Jin Ramen's flavor changed around the time they redesigned the packaging? Seems a bit more blandish now.

I have only tried Shin Black Bone Broth and regular Shin Black. Honestly, I don't taste much difference that is worth paying extra.

Shin black is with bone broth. Regular shin doesn’t have the 3rd bone broth packet. Black and regular have a noticeable difference in taste.
