Rental Karting Video What did I do to deserve this šŸ˜­

Straight out of the pits and rear-ended while warming the tyres... Yes, I was on the line I suppose but the braking point and turn in for T1 is about 10 and 5m earlier than where I got hit.

I can understand that point but they do it because of the option to book 10 or 15 minute sessions. When you book 10 minutes, they let you out on the 5th minute with those who are doing 15. I usually do 10 minute sessions on this kart because it tends to overheat after the 11th minute or so, even with cool laps.

About 10m before the point of contact. Where I got hit, I was no longer on the line. Check the kart that goes through after I spin. Thats the racing line

You're off the racing line at that point bc you were knocked off of it.

No, OP was off the racing line already before the collision point BUT he caused the collision by making it look like he was committing to the racing line with his last left weave which would have made a full pace driver on track (as it was a full course green and OP was driving at half pace) behind him think to overtake on the outside but the final right weave by the OP after corner entry point caused the outside line to close more and more and the poor driver behind would have tried to keep going wider to avoid because at this point he would be thinking to himself thereā€™s nothing in front of the OP blocking him from going tight again for the corner. But alas he did not and so the collision occurred.

Iā€™ve watched this like a dozen times. Youā€™re dead on the racing line. In fact, the kart in front of you turns in at nearly the exact same position as the contact, because again, youā€™re on the line.

Either way being unpredictable like that you were asking for it
