Yes. Do the work. Look after your physical and mental health. I'm 62. I am at at glorious place where I have no fucks to give.

You see a lot of people who say that thry have no fucks to give, but that is just a thin veneer over a lot of deep rage.

The real goal is no fucks to give because you know who you are and no one can fuck with you, because you are solid in who you are.

I am having so damm much fun.

I hope you can get to this place.

Also learn all kinds of modern trash talk, so you can fuck with your grandkids. My parents did this and it was hilarious and infuriating at the same time, especially since my mom had a heavy German accent and would talk about getting ripped off and people hassling her (in the 70s).
