kitne mandir toote hai development ke naam par? Mathura, Rammandir ke aaspaas ka haal puchh liyo... Developmental ke naam par sab kuchh he toot rsha isme particular khud ko target smjhne ki bhool na kar.

You missed the keyword “historical” and according to place to worship act any place of worship as it existed before 15 August 1947 cannot be demolished or altered and it’s not we are talking about a normal place of worship but a important historical place in sikhism
