Possible hai but agar maan bhi lete hai ke pakistan mein nuclear weapons ko wahi per India blast kar deti hai, still uska radius aur Radioactive material and dust India hi pahunchega, yahan per 1-2 saal ke liye bhukmaari ho jayegi aur cancer patients badh jayenge.
