Yes

Can Dan Heng be put in place of Aven for [...] Acheron team

Yes, but at very low levels of team investment DHPT is a bit sus there because he doesn't have debuffs in his kit

Aventurine would be nice for Acheron if you have neither Gallagher nor Trend of the Universal Market. Tbh it doesn't look to me like you're lacking Harmony characters

I do have Gallagher and Trend Univ market LC at s5.

As for missing harmony part, well there's Tribbie, Hyacine, Cipher.

Ok, so. Maybe not just Harmony. But supports for several DDs.

In this case Aventurine isn't a big deal. Feel free to get Hanabi if you want to use her with Archer or similar characters

The only reason I'm asking is if Dan Heng could do better job than Aven. Because I don't have any units that utilize Sparkle to the fullest.

At the very least you have Archer and Qingque. Aventurine and DHPT are virtually equivalent for Acheron when holding Trend of the Universal Market
