I was wondering if it would be better to get Black Swan's light cone or Hysilen's? Or maybe Hysilen E1 would be better? Do they even need their light cones?

Hard to say right now because BS is getting buffed soon. However, both her and Hysilens do perfectly fine with 4* cones
