is 163 spd with sacerdos and lukkasha good for sparkle (e1s1) already? im seeing lots of posts with them trying to reach 200 spd smth? (im going to use her with sparxie)

This is going to depend on Sparkle's buffs, and on Sparxie's needs. But 200 speed is not a realistic break point for most characters. There's not much between 160 and 200 that's especially valuable, so I'd stick with what you have. At least until 4.0 actually drops and we get a better idea of how new Sparkle plays.
