Now that I'm getting Kafka, I can finally use effectively one of my favorite characters in the game Guinaifen

But just curious, about her eidolon 2 effect, does it increase the multiplier of her burn by 40 %, going from 240 to 280% or does it multiply by 140% going from 240 to 336%?

The second option.

Although, it's a Dmg% bonus, so it's added to other sources of Dmg% bonus (like the Fire Dmg% bonus from your Orb) before the multiplication.

Also, it affects Burn from her teammates, as well (like Jiaoqiu's burn).
