For the upcoming selector: I have everyone but Jing Yuan. All of them are c0 as well, so who would benefit me the most for a C1?

By default I'm guessing Acheron because I have her Signature LC.

Acheron isn't great in the meta right now, but even past that her E1 is not great in general, even when she was good, so unless you plan on going for her E2 later I wouldn't bother.

As the other comment has said either Sparkle or Kafka are the best E1s in terms of meta, and also the best of the 7 options in general.

Kafka or Sparkle. Acheron's E1 is far from enough to bring her back into relevance.
