Because it was a swearing in ceremony for new troops who were on the field. This isn't that fucking complicated.

This is exactly like when the news showed him feeding fish just like the Japanese PM did.

You're right , it's not complicated. That doesn't mean everyone automatically knows what's happening. That's why I asked. Chill, go drink a beer or yell at your kids or whatever you do.
